Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups, ensuring high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing advanced electronic health record systems, and delivering patient-centered treatment plans. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
Manage pain and implement appropriate pain management strategies
Provide pediatric care, including immunizations and developmental assessments
Administer medications and oversee medication management plans
Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health records such as Epic and Cerner systems
Coordinate with specialists for referrals and specialized treatments when necessary
Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and improve care quality
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
Participate in home care visits when required to support patient recovery outside the clinical setting
Engage in ongoing research activities or quality improvement projects to enhance practice standards

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure as a Family Medicine Physician
Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and acute care procedures
Experience with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner is highly desirable
Background in research or data collection initiatives is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Ability to perform medication administration accurately and safely
Prior experience in medical office management or home care services is advantageous
Commitment to providing compassionate, comprehensive primary healthcare across diverse patient populations

Pay: $240,000.00-$442,467.39 per year
